Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/ Post Graduation with no 3rd Division/ Class in any level

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize sales call & visits and present company's financial products to potential clients specially work with Home Loan Products to achieve periodic business target
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients and external parties to mobilize sales
∎ Prepare loan proposal and collect necessary documents from potential clients
∎ Provide best services to the clients to ensure superior customer experience
∎ Regular monitoring the repayment performance of existing clients and assist collection team as and when required
∎ Maintain High level of integrity and passion

∎ Having proven track record in sales will be an added advantage
∎ High level mobility as the job required extensive visit/sales call in the market
∎ Competent in using MS Office applications
∎ Excellent inter-personal skills along with proficiency in English & Bangla
∎ Self-motivated, energetic & dynamic personality who can perform assigned task under pressure situation and ability to complete all assignments in a timely and effective manner
∎ Proper understanding of NBFI and banking standards, products and services
