Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/Bachelor degree from any discipline.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring & controlling the IE related activities of factory.
∎ Prepare and design layout of man, Machine and Materials to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.
∎ Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing process, staff requirements and production standards.
∎ Work with production personnel to establish best practices.
∎ Ensure various system implementations to minimize the cost and increase efficiency of factory.
∎ Co- ordinate with production, merchandising department for smooth production.
∎ Take part in strategic and operational framework development considering corporate objectives.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ No experience required
∎ Reporting skill, communication skill
∎ Good Command on English & Computer

Salary:
∎ Starting with 8000/-, Salary will be increased by Tk. 2000/- after three months; the total salary will be Tk.12000/- in one year.After confirmation will be absorbed in company payroll.
