∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the implementation and utilization of management information systems (MIS) for material management purposes.
∎ Assist in collecting, organizing, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data related to material inventory, procurement, and consumption.
∎ Navigate and utilize relevant software and tools effectively by collaborating with supervisor.
∎ Assist in analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
∎ Assist in developing tools, templates, or processes to streamline data entry, reporting, and analysis.
∎ Generate regular reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key metrics, inventory levels, and procurement status.
∎ Collaborate with different departments, such as procurement, production planning, and costing, to gather relevant data and ensure accurate information flow.
∎ Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices related to MIS and material management in the textile industry.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Basic understanding of MIS concepts, data management, and analysis.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records.
∎ Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies.
∎ Basic knowledge of the textile industry and material management processes is a plus.
∎ Interpersonal, Reporting Skills
∎ Positive & Pro-active attitude towards work.
∎ Able to work under pressure efficiently.
