∎ Masters in any Science discipline or Math/ B.Sc in Textile Engineering
∎ Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Bangladesh University of Textiles,BGMEA University of Fashion Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: accessories sourcing, Business/ Product Development, Buyer Handling, Coordination, Costing, Merchandising and Production.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Costing, English writing, ERP, Merchandising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communication with Buyers' Liaison office, factory personnel, all other related departments of the company.
∎ ERP knowledge & Costing of products/garments will have priority
∎ Coordinate with factory team for proper & on time execution of production. the process & procedures of buyers (Brand/reputed buyer experienced merchants are preferable). Advise factory/production/quality team on fabric, production, quality etc., related technical issues as efficient/experienced trouble shooter.
∎ Lead the team/act as an effective team member understanding company & buyer's requirement.
∎ Ensure quality execution of orders up to "shipment" the goods maintaining effective TNA & "Critical Path".
∎ Assist the in-house procurement team for sourcing trims/accessories as required, maintaining the standard.
∎ Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance.
∎ Any special task/assignment as required for the position as given by the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality.
∎ Should have a strong analytical approach towards building business strategies and implantation.
∎ Good leadership qualities with sound knowledge across all kinds of Knit Fabrics.
∎ Should have a high sense of responsibility and accountability.
∎ MUST HAVE STRONG COMMUNICATION IN ENGLISH BOTH IN WRITING AND SPEAKING
