Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Chemical TechnicalEngineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Trainee Engineer / Trainee Chemist (Production):-
∎ - Manpower planning and optimization.
∎ - Production planning.
∎ - Ensure product quality.
∎ - Waste reduction considering the benchmark organizations.
∎ - Lead the team for contribution to Co's profitable growth.
∎ - Ensure right manpower set-up with required skill and experience.
∎ - Production scheduling, monitoring and optimizing.
∎ - Day to day overall operation tally or ERP software.
∎ - Erecting and commissioning new plant.
∎ - Monitoring the Process Parameter and maintaining the operation system.
∎ - Start up the process Plant, shutdown the process and control the process during process tripped.
∎ - Fill up Log Sheets and write Log Book in every Shift.
∎ - Ensuring safety for manpower and equipment's.
∎ - Carry out any other job assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Trainee Chemist (Q.A):-
∎ - Check all test methods and ensure that it is valid before use.
∎ - Test and analyze day to day received sample from in-process and report
∎ - Test and analyze of materials & Instrument and report.
∎ - Monitor all machine and Instruments are calibrated and validated.
∎ - Compile all documents of QMS and other regulatory requirements.
∎ - Arrange for ILC & PT and internet related activities.
∎ - Updated all method and compile all record.
∎ - Carry out any other job assigned by the management from time to time.
