• Organize technical personnel to make sure 24 hour coverage available and ensure effective use of resources.
• Supervise operator & technical personnel and assign them tasks and make sure they are performing SOP of machineries and equipment.
• Ensure safety of operators and and technical staff during mechanical work.
• Maintain positive response with production department as well as others.
• Carry out quality inspection and make sure equipment’s are running properly.
• Complete and maintain accurate on time documentations and records as required .
• Maintain ISO forms and documents.
• Prepare equipment maintenance performance reports and records for all preventive and breakdown works conducted on machineries.
• Prepare monthly duty roster.
• Maintain up to date inventory of mechanical tools and material requisition forms.
