Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To monitor floor-level welfare issues and ensure proper implementation.
∎ To communicate company rules, regulations, and benefits to workers.
∎ To handle worker grievances and maintain effective communication.
∎ To promote awareness on health, safety, and worker rights.
∎ To verify new worker ages and maintain related documentation.
∎ To organize orientation sessions for newly joined workers.
∎ To monitor dining areas and manage welfare fund disbursement.
∎ To support and maintain Worker Participation Committee (WPC) activities.
∎ To oversee daycare center operations and collect maternity worker data.
∎ To analyze worker migration trends and maintain donor lists.
