Benemoy Securities Limited, a reputed brokerage house offering a full range of capital market services, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Trade Manager / Senior Trader to lead its trading operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client portfolios, executing trades efficiently, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supervising the trading team to ensure top-quality service and performance.
Job Responsibilities
Execute buy/sell orders of clients through DSE & CSE trading platforms accurately and timely.
Supervise the trading floor and ensure smooth day-to-day trade operations.
Monitor market movements, analyze trends, and provide clients with trade-related guidance.
Maintain strong relationships with retail and institutional investors.
Ensure compliance with BSEC, DSE, and CDBL rules and company policies.
Prepare daily and periodic trade and market reports for management.
Oversee client account activities, ledger balances, and fund settlements.
Identify and support high-potential clients to increase turnover and client base.
Coordinate with IT, Accounts, and Back Office teams to ensure operational efficiency.
Train and motivate junior traders to achieve daily and monthly trade targets.
