Responsibilities & Context:

• Accurately collect toll fees from vehicles using cash, electronic payments, cards, and ETC systems

• Operate toll collection equipment including ETC readers, payment terminals, cameras, and boom barriers

• Verify vehicle categories and apply correct toll rates based on vehicle type and classification

• Provide courteous, professional, and efficient customer service to all road users

• Manage traffic flow at the toll plaza to minimize congestion and ensure safety during peak hours

• Perform daily cash reconciliation, transaction recording, and accurate shift handover

• Monitor system performance and promptly report any technical faults or malfunctions

• Promote the use of Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) and assist users with tag-related queries

• Identify and report suspicious activities, security issues, or potential fraud

• Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety standards at the assigned toll booth and surrounding area

• Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements at all times
