• Proven track record using major GDS platforms (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, Portal).

Technical Proficiency:

• In-depth knowledge of fare structures, ticketing rules, and dynamic packaging.
• Strong command of MS Office (Excel modeling, PowerPoint proposals).

Communication & Service Excellence:

• Fluent in English and Bangla, with exceptional written and verbal skills.
• Client-centric mindset, able to empathize and proactively resolve issues.

Role Overview

As our Air Ticket Reservation & Tourism Expert, you will not only manage complex flight bookings but also design and recommend tourism itineraries that maximize value and delight. You’ll serve as the primary liaison between clients, airlines, and tourism partners—ensuring every element of a trip is precise, cost-effective, and unforgettable.

Responsibilities :

Air Ticketing & Fare Management

• Research and secure the best airfares across domestic and international carriers.

• Handle all reservation tasks—bookings, modifications, cancellations, and refunds—via Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, or Portal.

• Monitor fare rules, seat availability, and special fare promotions to pass savings to clients.

Tourism Itinerary Design

• Collaborate with clients to understand travel objectives, budgets, and special interests.

• Curate multi-destination packages, combining air tickets with shore excursions, hotel stays, and local experiences.

• Negotiate group rates and partnerships with hotels, guides, and ground-transport providers.

Client Advisory & Support

• Provide clear guidance on visa requirements, travel insurance, and entry regulations.

• Offer 24/7 assistance for itinerary changes, travel disruptions, or emergency rerouting.

• Maintain high-touch communication, ensuring clients feel informed and supported at every stage.

Industry & Regulatory Compliance

• Keep abreast of airline policies, tourism promotions, and government advisories.

• Ensure all bookings comply with IATA regulations and local travel guidelines.

• Maintain confidential, audit-ready records for every transaction and itinerary.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work alongside our Visa Processing, Corporate Travel, and Tour Operations teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.

• Share market insights and process improvements to enhance team efficiency and client satisfaction.
