∎ Grilled steaks ( beef , chicken) roasted sandwich , pizza , seafood plater, kebab plater, English breakfast, soups & salad etc. we need Mastering advanced cooking techniques and knowledge of various cuisines. Innovating new dishes and experimenting with ingredients to create signature recipes. Ensuring consistent quality and taste across different menu items.
∎ The Executive Chef is responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation, ensuring high-quality food preparation, menu innovation, and maintaining culinary excellence. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and expertise in fine dining cuisine to deliver an exceptional dining experience for guests.
