∎ ISTQB, CSM, CSPO certification is preferred.

Agile Testing, Software development life cycle (SDLC), SQA, test orchestrator, Vmodel testing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. This is a Test Orchestrator/QA Testing Lead role with hands-on requirements in producing the respective outputs in working with the vendors and local teams to:
∎ a. Analyze user stories, user cases, acceptance criteria and develop or update test cases, test scripts and test suites.
∎ b. Produce Technical Test Plan including Test Strategy in working with the solution provider and ensure that the governance surrounding test sign-off are adhered to. In working with the Operations Project manager, ensure named business users representing the business units and their interests are assigned and accountable for sign off.
∎ c. Ensure closure of “technical debt” or “functional debt” in the event decisions lead to that.
∎ i. Workarounds in technology solutions that requires refactoring in the future to address either of the areas of risk, efficiency and cost.
∎ ii. Workarounds in operations business processes either due to functional constraint or project timeline that needs to be revisited by the respective business teams.
∎ d. Ensure completeness of Testing scenarios as well as preparation of Test Plan and Reports of progress for the modules in the migration scope, and not limited to Testing of Batch outputs and outcomes including testing of interfaces in working with the Integration Lead.
∎ e. Produce Test Scenarios including all SIT Test Cases, Performance Tests and supporting End to End functional Tests.
∎ f. Perform test execution, document test results, and obtain test data with solution provider, IT teams and operational teams.
∎ g. Produce reports of progress for all test phases and maintain test documentation in Azure Boards.
∎ h. Any other related activity that may arise to deliver the Testing Lead responsibilities.
∎ 2. Work with local application and infrastructure as well as vendor team to ensure:
∎ a. Testing Instance infrastructure are setup accordingly to the scope of production environment to reduce test result variability between Production and Testing instance.
∎ b. Timeline of Testing, Production and Disaster Recovery Instance are ready and setup to meet testing time frame and plan with the required capacity for expected testing outcomes.
∎ c. Ensure Testing logistics are setup by the local infrastructure team including where required physical location to perform testing on site, number of personal computing equipment and connectivity to perform testing
∎ d. Manage progress of unit testing and tracking towards closure of configuration issues leading towards go live.
∎ e. Hand over is performed to IT policy admin team to be closed as part of post-go-live activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Notable experience of 10+ years of Quality Assurance/Test Orchestrator with Leading role.Experiences in SDLC and Agile testing methodologies.
∎ Experienced in V-Model testing methodology and application of it.
∎ Exposure to test automation frameworks for acceptance testing and acceptance test-driven development.
∎ Experience testing complex web applications and APIs.
∎ Highly responsible, willing to contribute extra effort and time to meet tight project schedule.
∎ Exceptionally strong problem-solving skills and communications to resolve implementation issues.
∎ A good team player, has good attitude and willingness to learn.
∎ Experience with financial or insurance industry is a plus.
∎ Experience on the Life insurance policy life cycle will be preferred.
∎ Good command of English. Bengali will be important for team communications.
