Job Responsibilities:
∎ Onboard suppliers to cater daily orders
∎ Offer the widest selection of commodity goods
∎ Ensure the best sourcing price for the ordered products
∎ Ensure 100% procurement as per PO
∎ Develop great relationship with the suppliers
∎ Ensure individual suppliers' growth
∎ Procure goods in company defined compliant way
∎ Make daily, weekly and monthly reports
∎ Manage the on-ground field team
∎ Collaborate with the sales and fulfillment team to ensure better customer experience
∎ Get daily market insights to increase growth
∎ Ensure inventory is replenished on time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ High-growth operational experience is strongly preferred
∎ Strong negotiation, persuasion and influencing skills
∎ Strong analytical skills
∎ Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills
∎ Structured thinking and high problem-solving mindset
∎ Natives of designated zones preferred
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Additional TA and monthly Incentive up to 20,000 BDT
