Job Context:
∎ Maintaining an increasing and sustainable sales of the company through core activities.
∎ Ensure sales & collection target for assigned territory and dealer management, market credit management.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assigned territories to manage the trade related activities in the best possible way;
∎ Manage the core customers- dealers, government and private organization;
∎ Increasing business opportunities through various influence customers;
∎ Setting sales targets for individual Dealers;
∎ Monitoring the dealer's performance and motivating them to reach targets;
∎ Compiling, analyzing and reporting sales/collection performance;
∎ Keeping up to date with products and competitors, proactive reaction & fortifications;
∎ Idea sharing & innovative activities to improve allocated territory;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Hard working and result oriented team working skills.
∎ Ability to work in functional & cross-functional teams.
