∎ Minimum Graduate/ BBA/MBA/Masters in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise a sizeable team of Field officers, dealers, and distributors to achieve the given sales target of assigned territory.
∎ Planning sales targets for individual Field officers, dealers, and Distributors of your team.
∎ Maintaining and increasing sales volume of the company's different brand products,
∎ Provides target vs. sales results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.
∎ Provide timely & structured feedback from trade, customers & competitors.
∎ Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting of Business Activity .
∎ Gather and update Market Information to the Line Manager.
∎ An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Minimum 02 years of work experience in the following area(s): Corporate Marketing, Retail Sales, Trading/ Wholesale/ Indenting.
∎ Good Interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written

Salary:
∎ Negotiable (remuneration) package will be offered for deserving candidates
