∎ Achievements of pre-defined sales targets
∎ Monitor the activities of sales officers, agents and distributors
∎ Market visit especially the top agents and overall markets
∎ Ensuring day-to-day troubleshooting at the market along with the sales officers
∎ Take the initiatives to uncover areas the covering plan quickly and to share ways forward to increase sales
∎ To check and verify all team members sales reports and send them to higher authorities
∎ Collect market information and track competitors activities
