Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making yearly sales plan and taking necessary steps to execute
∎ Appointment and managing distributors in terms of profitability and satisfaction
∎ Regularly visit dealers and communicate with them to boost sales
∎ Build processes which can help a smooth execution of plans.
∎ Review the progress on the sales and distribution plan effectively and thereby make necessary corrections for execution.
∎ Complete management of Distributor ROI - thereby leading to distribution satisfaction.
∎ Focus on marketing activities and implement different programs to upscale sales.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
