∎ To think out of the box to make your position unique.
∎ To visit dealers and retailers frequently for generating new sales and retaining existing sales
∎ To make working plan to achieve target easily.
∎ To visit and meet new retailers to generate cash cow.
∎ To implement all trade and consumer end offer & program.
∎ To make daily, weekly and monthly plan to acheive
∎ To calculate ROI and work as per it.
∎ Continuous feedback to superiors regarding market activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ We will give emphasis on experience and willingness to work rather than education.
∎ Male Candidates: Priority will be given who are have experience in FMCG and lubricant sector.
∎ Female Candidates: Outspoken, Good presentation, Ability to handle people, Team management are required skills.
