∎ Bachelor Degree in any Discipline,

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of handling existing dealer and to create new dealers for gap markets under assigned territory.
∎ Have to achieve sales target by developing territory sales plan and increase coverage at uncovered area though market visit.
∎ Attending to the distribution point & visiting the market based route plan.
∎ Regular meetup to all team members for improving sales activity via google meet/zoom.
∎ Monitoring & capturing market intelligence in relevance of UMAI.
∎ TSM/ASM shall manage team and coach to TSO/TSE for their professional growth.
∎ Following HO-REN-SO,5s, Kaizen,UMAI 5 Basic Sales Excellence in daily operation

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Fresher are highly encouraging to apply for TSO post
∎ Candidates Must have experience in promoting, distributing brand and dealer sales network in sales of Noodles, Macaroni, Fruit Drinks, MSG, Corn Flour, Baking Flour, Chocolates, Spices except TSO position.
∎ 2 Years' experience is preferable in FMCG for TSE Post.
∎ We need leaders who aspire to achieve fastest career growth.
∎ Candidate must have the smartphone,
∎ Experience in Extracurricular activities is preferable for fresher.
