Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Communication and Negotiation Skill, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with customers, including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
∎ Promote company products and services to customers to achieve sales targets.
∎ Ensure proper merchandising in the retail shop.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
∎ Visit HO-RE-CA and generate leads.
∎ Conduct market research to stay up to date with industry trends.
∎ Collect information about competitors in assigned regions and share it with supervisors.
∎ Provide sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Warehouse, to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
∎ Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to promote our products.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong negotiation and sales skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office is a plus.
∎ Willingness to work on any area.
Salary: Tk. 8000 - 14000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Profit share
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Other admissible benefits as per company policy.
