Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Find traders with good reputations and appoint them as dealers or channel partner for gap/ priority markets
∎ Establish sales target with dealers and ensure achievement
∎ Recommend market development action plans for designated area/ territory
∎ Ensure proper visibility of the company's POSM and outdoor advertisements including signboard, shop branding, billboard, building painting, wall painting, etc.
∎ Continuously monitor competitor activities and report to senior management
∎ Ensure optimum customer service through professional handling of complaints as and when required
∎ Maintain regular communication with trade channels and influencers, build cordial professional relationships and promote GPH Ispat
∎ Prepare necessary daily, weekly, and monthly reports and submit them to senior management.
∎ Any other tasks as and when required by the management
∎ Assess existing dealers, maintain and develop relationships, and motivate them to enhance sales and collection
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and collection plans for a designated area and achieve Sales & Collection targets.
