∎ Position: Territory Sales Officer
∎ Department: Sales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving territory's total value & volume sales target and ensuring optimum product's distribution & visibility
∎ Performing primary sales order management and verifying secondary sales
∎ Preparing periodic sales report and analyzing performance against program to determine their effectiveness
∎ Monitoring distributors' stock, ensuring timely payment from distributors and receiving claim adjustment
∎ Ensuring coverage and availability as per the norms & resolving problem at immediate subordinate level
∎ Training the Sales Officers &Senior Sales Officers in their daily activities and communicating all the promotional schemes to the subordinates, retailers and distributors

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years of experience in similar position
∎ Good communications skills with strong computer literacy (MS Word & MS Excel)
∎ Age within 28 years Additional requirements:
∎ Proven ability to lead & manage a dynamic team
∎ Excellent communication skill
∎ Result driven
