∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Consumer Durables - Sales & Marketing, FMCG Sales & Marketing, Retail Sales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving all the sales, distribution coverage extension and transaction targets of the respective area.
∎ Prepare respective area's sales plan and execute.
∎ Supervise sales officer, Distributor to achieve given sales Target.
∎ To ensure products in maximum number of outlets under his territory to sell products.
∎ Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
∎ Visit potential customers for new business opportunities.
∎ Collect order and ensure on time product delivery.
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly market report on sales & distribution.
∎ Collect Market Data & Competitors Information.
∎ Motive and guide sales team to achieve revenue targets.
∎ Coordinate with senior to develop sales plan, budget and schedule.
∎ Interact with sales team to develop sales plans and strategies.
∎ Prepare and follow-up the monthly PJP (proposed journey plan) for Territory Sales forces.
∎ Understand client needs and provide appropriate sales solutions.
∎ Address client issues and queries in a timely fashion.
∎ This is not a comprehensive list and any other duties as may be required to be performed as per Supervisor/Management Instruction

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Proven experience as a Salesman in relevant role (Retail & Distribution Sales).
∎ Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
∎ Fast learner and passion for sales.
∎ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
∎ Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 25000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ TA & DA as per Company Policy
