∎ Age 24 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Meet monthly and quarterly business goals and income targets.
∎ Create a detailed database of local retailers and update it regularly.
∎ Take orders from retailers and ensure timely deliveries.
∎ Improve sales skills by working closely with model farmers and maintaining financial discipline.
∎ Monitor and oversee activities of competing companies in the field.
∎ Regularly check and analyze retailer shops.
∎ Conduct regular product stock surveys at retailers.
∎ Build relationships through farmer meetings, campaigns, and with retailers.
∎ Maintain communication with agricultural officers at the field level.
∎ Track competitors' activities and market presence.
∎ Carry out daily tasks with discipline and planning.
∎ Maintain professional boundaries with environment and retailer issues.
∎ Complete any tasks assigned by senior supervisors.
