∎ Brand : Fastol 1(UAE) is a mother company that is located in Dubai, factory Dubai, more than 35 countries are being used as Fastol Brand. The company has been running for 10 years & holds its leading position as well.
∎ Candidates Currently working in other companies need not apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring, supervising & training sales force in respective territory.
∎ Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
∎ Monitoring competitor's activities & reporting accordingly.
∎ Ensuring promotional activities are executed accordingly.
∎ Ensuring Product availability and visibility.
∎ Regular searching and development new market.
∎ The Candidates must give 3 dealers of the first three months.
∎ As the products come from Dubai; the product's quality is 100%. Whoever cannot appoint the dealers, the candidates need not apply for the mentioned post.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary 20,000 & TA/DA 10,000 , after 3 months he will get the salary as 30,000 & 15,000 TA/DA, since his working area will be covered properly.
Probationary period is 3 months. Provident fund, insurance benefits will be given at the end of probationary period.
