∎ Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh,Chittagong Veterinary and Animal Sciences University,Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science and Technology University,Patuakhali Science and Technology University,Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Animal Feed, Must have experience in feed Sales, Poultry Feed and Chicks)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead, Manage, Develop and assess Sales Executives
∎ To plan and achieve poultry & cattle feed sales target through sales team
∎ Ensure superior customer service through regular field & farm visit
∎ Develop de-growth territory & dealer management
∎ Ensure Market survey for new territory opening proposal
∎ Arrange meeting with field force as per business requirement
∎ Promote bio-security products for the farmers if required
∎ Responsible for providing one stop technical support for poultry & cattle based cluster
∎ Visit and record the daily activity of farms
∎ Assist in customer complain handling and FCR report to management
∎ Ensure on the job training for the field force
∎ Retain & Monitor key poultry & cattle feed customers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
