Job Responsibilities:
∎ Define each product's vision and roadmap by collaborating with the product development team, Import, and marketing teams based on market research, user feedback, and business needs.
∎ Be responsible for creating and maintaining distribution operations including setting objectives, preparing action plans & implementing strategies to operate the distribution network and achieve sales targets.
∎ Conduct regular market visits, meet with prospective customers, generate new customers, and retain existing customers to achieve individual and overall company sales targets.
∎ Create market awareness and understanding about the company's offered range of products and services
∎ Supervise timely order collection/receiving to ensure timely supply of goods according to the customer's need, schedule & satisfaction.
∎ Prepare & submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and market feedback reports.
∎ Check the daily stock and availability of products as per the requirement
∎ Manage delivery and logistics operations including delivery channels, routes to ensure efficient and on-time product delivery

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Candidates must be presentable
∎ Candidates must have good communication skills in the English language.
∎ Candidates should have good time management skills to meet the deadline
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software
∎ Candidate must be comfortable with frequent travel
∎ Candidates must be target oriented and can work under pressure

Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ (Negotiable for demonstrable higher experience level) Attractive sales commissions
