Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive Primary and Secondary Sales target
∎ Implement Sales promotional activities/Trade schemes in market effectively.
∎ Monitor DB stock inventory and ensure product availability.
∎ Have to know market opportunity and gaps and take corrective actions to increase coverage
∎ Monitor day to day activities regularly by field visit and develop them.
∎ Collect market information of competition
∎ Prepare product forecast based on sales trend and monthly target
∎ Ensure daily reporting by necessary format.
∎ Monitor filed sales force and motivate them to achieve target
∎ Assist in recruitment and development of sales representative.
∎ Provide customer feedback to product development team on regular basis.
∎ Develop and recommend territory specific sales plan.
∎ Maintain relationship with dealer point and assist in dealer point acquisition when required.
∎ Implement and recommend strategies to the management when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
