Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular market visit and actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling, networking and through related methods.
∎ Achieving all the sales and transaction targets of the respective area.
∎ Collect order and ensure on time product delivery.
∎ Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
∎ Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Address client issues and queries in a timely fashion.
∎ Understand client needs and provide appropriate sales solutions.
∎ Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Collect Market Data & Competitors Information.
∎ Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
∎ Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
∎ Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
∎ Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
∎ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
∎ Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Candidate must know riding Motorbike with having Driving License.
∎ Proven experience as a Salesman in relevant role (Corporate Sales).
∎ Proficiency in English.
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
∎ Fast learner and passion for sales.
∎ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
∎ Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
