Bir is considered to be the most significant trading concern in Bangladesh, which deals with Hardware, Tools, Maintenance products (like silicon, WD-40), SS screws, Ladder, Concrete Nails, Brad Nails etc.
Meet monthly sales & collection according to the company policy.
To follow marketing activities as per company policy.
Set sales targets and plan accordingly and take initiatives to hit the target.
Regular follow-up with existing / potential clients.
Build a strong rapport with the customer.
Visit the market, hunt new clients & dealers, and act to create new market opportunities, and report to the line manager on regular basis.
Responsible for collection and product delivery in a timely manner. Increase sales by developing new parties.
Regularly check & monitor the parties on credit accounts and act to drive the credit collection.
Visit the assigned dealers/party areas in accordance with the route plan.
Conduct market surveys for data collection to develop new products or increase the product line.
Daily Check-In & Check-Out is mandatory in tracking software.
Mobile Set, Mobile Bill, Corporate Sim, Leave encashment, TA/DA, Sales Commission, oversees Tour. If the individual will achieve 100% yearly sales collection in a year then they will be paid 2 Gross Salary.
