Experience:
Sales Drive:
o Plan and Implement sales strategies and achieve sales target.
o Monitor and analyze territory sales performance and take corrective actions.
o Identify market opportunities, potential customers and increase market share.
Team Development:
o Manage, motivate and train the sales team.
o Ensure regular field visit with team members for monitoring and evaluate performance.
o Set clear individual KPIs, track performance, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Team Supervision & Follow up:
o Monitor and follow up individual farmers contract (IFC), farmer meeting (FM), demonstration, campaigning, hat day and other promotional activities.
o Monitor and follow up daily activities of the team and send report to the reporting officer.
Stakeholder Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with farmer, customers and government officials.
o Ensure adequate product availability as demand.
Market data & Competitor Analysis:
o Analysis competitor activities, product pricing, business trends and customer preferences.
o Collect market feedback and share insights with sales and marketing team.
Reporting:
o Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
