Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive sales and achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory
∎ Identify and develop new business opportunities with dealers and distributors
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key customers
∎ Execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence and coverage
∎ Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback
∎ Ensure effective stock management and product visibility at dealer locations
∎ Appoint, train, and support new channel partners in the territory
∎ Provide after-sales support and resolve customer complaints promptly
∎ Coordinate with internal teams for logistics, order fulfillment, and customer service
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, and customer interactions
∎ Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates
∎ Educate customers and partners on product features, benefits, and usage
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and safety standards
∎ Continuously stay updated with industry developments and new product offerings
