Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets
∎ Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team across regions and channels
∎ Identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion initiatives
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
∎ Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and drive improvements in productivity and efficiency
