Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets
∎ Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team across regions and channels
∎ Identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion initiatives
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
∎ Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and drive improvements in productivity and efficiency
∎ Set sales targets, KPIs, and incentive structures to motivate high performance
∎ Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies
∎ Oversee channel development, including distributor and dealer network management
∎ Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and executive updates for senior management

∎ Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
∎ Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
