Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform routine inspections and servicing of machinery
∎ Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
∎ Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
∎ Maintain HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and building systems
∎ Follow safety protocols for handling hazardous chemicals
∎ Keep accurate maintenance records and equipment logs
∎ Report equipment issues and suggest improvements
∎ Collaborate with production and engineering teams
∎ Assist with installation and commissioning of new machines
∎ Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and emergencies
∎ Participate in emergency drills and chemical spill response
∎ Monitor and manage spare parts and maintenance inventory
∎ Requisition maintenance tools, parts, and supplies
