Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, organize and supervise the Marketing and Sales activities to ensure the Sales and Collection target of Concern Area.
Develop strategic plan to exploit potential market.
Keep the team member motivated and provide training to all members for achieving team goal.
Product Branding and Positioning to the customer. Relation build up with the Customer.
Ensure Sales forecast considering Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly sales Plan.
Keep up to date information of competitor’s products and ensure fair communication from customers to management and management to customer.
Collect regular market feedback with an objective to remain updated about the industry and provide strategic guidance for upgrading weak territory.
