Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, organize and supervise the Marketing and Sales activities to ensure the Sales and Collection target.
∎ Develop strategic plan to exploit potential market.
∎ Keep the team member motivated and provide training to all members for achieving team goal.
∎ Product Branding and Positioning to the customer. Relation build up with the Customer.
∎ Ensure Sales forecast considering Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly sales Plan.
∎ Keep up to date information of competitor’s products and ensure fair communication from customers to management and management to customer.
∎ Collect regular market feedback with an objective to remain updated about the industry and provide strategic guidance for upgrading weak territory.
