Responsibilities & Context:
Managing all inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Hand over customer complain to team members and follow up of customer complains.
Verify team member’s site convert information for different campaigns.
Follow up of feedback through WhatsApp/Email ID’s.
Preparation and submission of daily call center activity report.
Keep records of all conversations in call center database in a comprehensive way.
Preparation and submission of reports as per department requirements.
