∎ BBA/MBA or Bachelor degree in any subject
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to strong leadership and teamwork to achieve business goals.
∎ Developing a market for Banglamark Agro-Machinery Equipment
∎ Ensure target sales within the assigned territory
∎ Ensure daily sales tracking and sales variance
∎ Regularly market visit and market opportunity evaluation
∎ Ability to deal with different dealers and distributors to maintain a strong sales network.
∎ Motivation to dealer's and their performance evaluation
∎ Act to achieve monthly Sales and collection Target
∎ Maintain regularly prospects data
∎ Ability to maintaining and supervising the sales & distribution of the Territory.
∎ Strong leadership for Sales and Credit Collection to meet the assigned targets.
∎ Develop a business plan and collect information from competitors
∎ Maximization of the Company's goals and profitability.
∎ Positive mentality to the achievement of Territory/ Region objectives and targets.
∎ Regular reporting to the management on periodical Sales and Collection performance.
∎ Ability to take challenge and any other task as assigned by the concerned authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Marketing, Sales-Tractor Sales & Credit Collection
∎ 2 years proven track record in a leading role of Tractor sales.
∎ Should be capable of managing Tractor Business independently.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Good skills in MS Office Applications
∎ Ability to deal with multiple tasks under pressure meeting deadlines.
Salary: Negotiable
