• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Mechanical Engineering (ME) & Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)

• 1 to 2 years

• Age 24 to 28 years

• Fresh Graduate but minimum 1 years of experience in a relevant field are most preferable
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles and practices
• Proven project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera)
• Experience with tendering processes and contract management (preferred)

As a Project Engineer, you will be instrumental in the successful execution of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, set timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring adherence to engineering standards, best practices, and safety regulations.
• Principal Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, understanding their techno-commercial offers, and effectively communicating project updates and deliverables.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle, developing contingency plans and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
• Reporting: Prepare regular project reports, including progress updates, financial performance, and key performance indicators.
• Dynamic Skill Development: Enhance ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously through dynamic skill development.
