Responsibilities & Context:
As a Project Engineer, you will be instrumental in the successful execution of our projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, set timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
- Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring adherence to engineering standards, best practices, and safety regulations.
- Principal Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, understanding their techno-commercial offers, and effectively communicating project updates and deliverables.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle, developing contingency plans and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
- Reporting: Prepare regular project reports, including progress updates, financial performance, and key performance indicators.
- Dynamic Skill Development: Enhance ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously through dynamic skill development.
