∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing or equivalent degree
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for marketing and sales of Folia products in respective territory.
∎ Manage distribution house/s to optimize the structure and geographic coverage.
∎ Understand local consumer behavior, and analyze market demand and sale forecasts.
∎ Define objectives for each activity plan to help our brand grow.
∎ Searching all possible business opportunities and creating new channels.
∎ Supervising all Sales Representatives (SR) working under the territory.
∎ Visiting existing distributor/s and encourage them for sales development by providing every possible service and benefits.
∎ Taking all reasonable initiative to promote our products within the territory.
∎ Achieve sales target and ensure sustainable growth of market share.
∎ Providing reports, authentic market information and market demand to the supervisors.
∎ Any other tasks which are given by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 27 years
∎ Skills Required: Distributor management, Retail Sales, Field activation management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Distributor management, Retail Sales, Field activation management
∎ The applicants should have experience in Retail Distribution (FMCG)
