Job Context:
∎ Folia Water is a global enterprise that intends to solve the issue of lack of safe drinking water for the working poor. We are a technology innovation company and through our patented paper coating innovation, we have developed a super-efficient drinking water filter for our low-income consumers which fit right into their willingness to pay. These filters are silver nanoparticle infused papers that can remove 99.9999% bacteria, 99.99% protozoa, 99.8% virus, 99.8% iron, etc. from water and make water clean and drinkable. One single filter paper can filter 20 liters of water.

∎ Folia Water entered the Bangladesh market and optimized our strategy for low-income consumers to benefit from our unique low-price water filtration solution. Our market studies and rural sales pilot showed the necessity and relevance of our proposition. We are now in 2 districts to date and are ready to scale and ensure nationwide availability of the product through retail stores using a standard FMCG GTM approach.

∎ Overall: be a self-starter to contribute significantly to achieve the company`s goals of identifying and developing communications strategy and execute through different mediums. Enhance Folia`s presence in Digital/Social media platforms, develop contents for ATL, BTL & Digital communication while keeping the target group in the top of the mind.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and Formulating IMC (Integrated marketing communications) and execute through different channels
∎ Conducting necessary communications with partners and vendors and organizing different events.
∎ Monitor and guide the activation agency to achieve the marketing and sales objectives
∎ Organize and input any collateral pieces completed with external clients, including product guides, advertisements and any other promotional material.
∎ Develop press kit materials for media outlets, including press releases, images, pitch letters, case studies, feature articles, and trend stories
∎ Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets
∎ To develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels including SEO\SEM and enhance company's and its awareness in the digital space.
∎ Enhance the company's voice and presence through online and offline channels, Partnerships with other organizations and influential individuals and social media groups.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ A self-starter able to work in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment, where a proactive and go-getter attitude is vital. An entrepreneurial attitude and ability to independently problem solve
∎ Ability and willingness to travel to rural Bangladesh for project implementation and report to CEO. Understanding of middle- and low-income socioeconomic segments in rural and urban Bangladesh
∎ Minimum 4-6 years of experience in FMCG, Consumer healthcare, or a similar consumer-oriented vertical, or a Marketing agency working with FMCG or similar is a requirement
∎ Strong curiosity to understand and benefit low-income consumers and markets Master's/bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field
