Job Context:
∎ Function: Sales
∎ Location : Berger Sales Office, Tejgaon, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing sales for customer wise products to achieve the yearly budget to ensuring smooth business corporate customers.
∎ Prepare, monitor and submit the monthly forecast to ensure optimum stock availability to avoid sales loss.
∎ Manage and negotiate to create new customer and review time to time and enlist our valued
∎ Customer to ascertain the growth. .
∎ Operate existing and new customers submitting sales offer, price quotation and bill processing to achieve monthly target.
∎ Monitor competitor's activity and gather their offer and product samples and analyse how to grab their market share.
∎ Develop new products/shade by understanding market demand and evaluate competitor products (price, quality, coverage and availability) and maximize our market share minimizing competitor market share
∎ Order taking and ensure invoicing and follow-up on time delivery communicating with distribution department.
∎ Check receivables and collect payment/AIT Challan from customer end and deposit/adjust against customer receivables to ensure financial discipline.
∎ Listen to customer complain, understand the problem and provide technical support (demonstration, trouble shooting and training) to ensure continuous business and strengthen the relationship.
