∎ BBA/Graduation but those who have academic background of Diploma in Agriculture from any Govt. recognized ATI under BTEB will be preferred. Candidates must have good experience in the related field of seeds and pesticide sales from any reputed organization.

Job Context:
∎ Lal Teer Seed Limited a concern of Multimode Group is the first research based largest and ISO 9001-2008 certified Agriculture Company in the private sector of Bangladesh engaged in developing, producing and selling of different varieties of vegetable, rice and other seeds along with Pesticide products marketed through its domestic and overseas distribution network invites application from the competent and deserved candidates in the responsible positions as mentioned below:
∎ Job Location : Divisional/District/Upazila town or any where in Bangladesh outside Dhaka
∎ Home district candidate will be preferred
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing of Territorial Sales Budget and Work Plan for implementation of the same.
∎ Supervising the activities of sales persons under the Territory towards achievement of Territorial target.
∎ Experience of Intelligence reporting about the challenging competitors.
∎ Updates reporting to Management about work in progress and the achievement status.
∎ Annual Performance Evaluation of the subordinate
∎ To perform any other job to be by the management as demanded by situation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3-4 years experience as Territory Manager/Officer in Sales & Promotional activities for Seeds and Agro chemical Products from any good organization.
∎ Good command in language for reporting.
∎ Good relation and liaison with DAE officials at district and Upazila level.
∎ Computer literacy is Mandatory.
∎ Motor cycle driving with valid license from BRTA will be preferable
∎ To perform extensive tour program to the Upazila level within the respective territory.
