Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Agriculture, Master of Science (MSc) in Botany
∎ M. Sc. in Agriculture/ Diploma in Agriculture with 5 years' experience / M.Sc. in Botany or Zoology or Soil Sciences.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize and monitor promotional activities to ensure targeted sales achieved during cropping season.
∎ New clients (Dealers & Farmers) development and maintain good relationship with existing client in order to run the business smoothly.
∎ To guide and monitor the activities of MOs regularly with visible reports.
∎ Build strong network in the segment of traders and end users;
∎ Arrange visits to the dealers/ farmers and organize regional coordination meetings to resolve problems instantly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates may be posted anywhere in the Khulna division.
Salary: Negotiable
