Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
∎ • B. Sc in Agriculture, Bachelor Degree in Science with marketing experience, Diploma in Agriculture with a minimum of 5 years experience in marketing of crop protection products.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct demonstration trials of different product on farmer's field.
∎ Organize promotional activities to ensure targeted sales objective;
∎ New clients (Dealers & Farmers) development & maintain good relationship with existing client in order to run the business smoothly.
∎ Prepare monthly and quarterly report and gather data on sales and product use.
∎ Maintain instant communication with dealers/ farmers to know their needs and resolve problems related to delivery of products to dealers/ farmers.
∎ Monitor credit customers and follow up recovery.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Age 22 to 35 years
∎ • At least 4/5 years' experience on marketing of crop protection products will be considered as advantage.
∎ • Experience in Bio-pesticide marketing will be considered as advantage.
∎ • Honest, energetic with positive personality
∎ • Pro-active, independent and result oriented
∎ • Strong interpersonal skills, Self-motivated & effective communication skills.
