Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets are met and monitor field officers or dealer employees.
∎ Monitor daily all types of collections, deposits of collected amounts to company’s bank account through the accounts department.
∎ Ensure daily EMI collections are deposited into the company's designated bank account on the same day.
∎ Submit day end collection reports, credit stock, seized stock, and resale stock reports.
∎ Provide daily, weekly, and monthly analysis feedback reports to the management.
∎ Oversee contract signing, form filling, agreement processing, advance MICR cheques collection, and all relevant customer documents.
∎ Ensure bike registration and Insurance will are properly authenticated and documented, especially company and customer details.
∎ Conduct thorough physical inspections of the customer and personal guarantors (PG1 & PG2).
∎ Monitor properly for vehicle registration & Insurance-related tasks.
∎ Resolve long-standing legal cases involving impounded bikes with the help of the legal department and arrange for resale.
∎ Arrange for the seized bikes to be resold via tender within stipulated timeline, with prior approval from Management.
∎ Co-ordinate with concern departments for bulk sales, promotional activities and events.
