Responsibilities & Context: About English Carnival: English Carnival is an initiative of Edvoy that helps students prepare for their careers and higher studies by providing guidance, resources, and counseling support. The initiative partners with universities and student communities to enhance career readiness and global education opportunities.
Position Overview: The Territory Manager will be responsible for executing campus engagement, managing student outreach, and leading a team of campus ambassadors and part-time business development executives. The role demands a highly motivated individual with a growth mindset, capable of achieving set targets through active fieldwork and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit at least 10 universities or campuses daily to promote English Carnival programs.
- Manage and nurture a team of Campus Ambassadors and Part-time Business Development Executives.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets set by the management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with university officials, student clubs, and education partners.
- Plan and execute campus-based promotional and lead generation activities.
- Monitor and report team performance regularly.
- Represent the organization at events, seminars, and student engagement sessions.
