Salary: Tk. 17000 - 25000 (Monthly)

• Age 22 to 32 years

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

2. Promote company products/services and provide proper product information to customers.

3. Identify new sales opportunities and expand customer networks.

4. Handle customer inquiries, follow up with clients, and ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Prepare regular sales reports and update management regarding sales activities.

6. Maintain proper communication with customers and ensure smooth order processing.

7. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support sales growth.

   Additional Requirements:

   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

   • Strong convincing and negotiation ability.

   • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

   • Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.

   • Good knowledge of MS Office, MS XL and reporting.

   Educational Qualification:

   • Minimum Bachelor’s/Honors degree from any reputed university.

   • Candidates from Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields will be preferred.

   Experience:

   • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

   • Experience in Sales/Marketing/Customer Service will be an added advantage.
