Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Counselor in counseling students for higher studies abroad

• Provide initial guidance on universities, programs, eligibility requirements, and admission procedures

• Generate leads and conduct outbound calls to prospective students

• Conduct over-the-phone counseling and follow-ups

• Maintain and update student information in CRM/software

• Support students with documentation and application processing

• Visit university campuses to promote study abroad opportunities

• Organize, coordinate, and participate in educational events, seminars, and promotional activities

• Represent the company at university events and student fairs

• Follow up with leads to ensure engagement and conversion

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidate must have completed academic coursework and be waiting for internship completion or have completed graduation

• Prior experience in counseling, sales, telemarketing, event coordination, or education consultancy is required

• Strong interest in higher education abroad

• Must be comfortable generating calls and communicating with students and parents

• Willing to travel within Dhaka for campus visits and events

Required Skills

• Excellent fluency in English (spoken and written)

• Strong communication and persuasive skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Good organizational and time management abilities

• Professional attitude and willingness to learn
